Terms of Service
1. Overview
Scoreboard Publisher (the "Service") is a publishing tool for esports tournament organizers in the fighting game community (FGC). Organizers ("you", "user") connect their own social media accounts via OAuth and use the Service to upload tournament match clips, with auto-generated captions including the matchup, round, and score, to TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Bluesky. The Service helps organizers grow their audience and engage their viewers with consistent, well-formatted match highlights. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and the rightful owner or authorized representative of the social media accounts you connect to the Service. You must comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of every platform you publish to (TikTok, X, YouTube, Bluesky).
3. Authorized Use
- You may publish replays of fighting game matches where you have the rights to the recorded video.
- You may not use the Service to publish content that infringes copyright, contains hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, or otherwise violates the destination platform's policies.
- You may not automate the Service in ways that bypass platform rate limits or anti-spam mechanisms.
- You are solely responsible for the content of captions, hashtags, and any text the Service publishes on your behalf.
4. Account Connections
The Service connects to third-party platforms via OAuth. Connecting an account grants the Service permission to upload videos and post on your behalf, scoped to the permissions you approve at the consent screen of each platform. You may disconnect any account at any time from the Service's Settings page; doing so revokes the Service's access immediately.
5. Service Availability
The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or successful delivery of published content. Third-party platform API outages, rate limits, or policy changes may prevent publication.
6. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the videos and captions you publish through the Service. The Service does not claim any license to your content. By using the Service, you grant us only the technical permission needed to transmit your content to the third-party platform of your choice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delirium Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, lost data, or platform account suspensions, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting all linked accounts from the Settings page and requesting workspace deletion via email. We may suspend or terminate Service access if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
